Ian Wright

Ian Wright is the founder of JoomlaGoogleBase and NewWorldDesigns.co.uk.

Ian is the man behind New World Designs - a major media production company which has produced award winning adverts for Sony, Santander bank and many other blue chip companies.

He has dedicated the past 4 years on building components which are designed to add entries into Googles' Google Base project.

One such compontent, Joomla Google Base, allows a person to transfer information from their Joomla website onto the Google Base system (Google's comparison engine, which allows anyone to search and find almost anything - from products, books, property, vehicles, and even people). Other components that Ian has made (or are currently being developed) allow someone to automatically transfer products directly from Virtuemart into Google Base.

Ian has also produced 2 additional components, one for property and one for vehicles, which both designed to be used with Google Base. However, these new components have been put on hold over the past 9 months due to a new project called Joomla Site Monitor - which will be released on Joomla Day.

Alongside Ian's Joomla interests, he is a very well credited and accomplished photographer, with international awards and position as an official photographer at the London Fashion Show to name a few

He has also designed and created the worlds most advanced camera rig - an 80 camera 'bullet time' rig which has been used in fashion, adverts and film. To date it has been used by many film companies in Europe and America, as well as being used in the London Fashion Show.
